港澳暨僑外生居留證換發調查Survey for students renewing the Reisident  Certificate
各位港澳暨僑外同學大家好:

依內政部移民署規定,自2021年1月起,居留證號將改為「1碼英文+9碼數字」,提醒如曾於今年1月後,有換發過居留證者,請務必填寫表單告知新居留證號,也提醒要主動至郵局辦理帳戶資料變更喔!

自2021年8月起,居留證之申請一律採「線上申辦」,請大家直接至移民署網站辦理,相關說明請參考附件資料。

提醒大家記得檢視自己的居留證效期,原則上在期滿前一個月即可申請延長,避免逾期未辦理延長受罰,情事嚴重者將被遣返出境。
1.香港、澳門同學:請注意大多在大三升大四時,會需要辦理「居留延長」,辦理時,請先完成學雜費繳費後,至國際事務中心申請「居留延長證明」;至註課組申請「在學證明」,再至移民署線上申請延長。
2.非港澳同學:須每年延長一次,辦理時,請先完成學雜費繳費後,至註課組申請「在學證明」,再至移民署線上申請延長。
3.如有「搬家」事實之同學:請務必於「搬家」後10日內至移民署線上,申請更改居住地,避免受罰。

Hello everyone,

According to the regulations of National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior, starting from January 2021, the old ID number will be replaced with the new one that consists "1 English letter and 9 numbers". If you have re-applied for your resident certificate after January this year, please make sure to fill in the form to  inform us your new ID number, and please also remember to change your account information at the post office.

From August 2021, all applications for resident certificate need to be submitted online. Please apply directly through the website of National Immigration Agency. For related instructions, please refer to the attached information.
Please remember to check the validity of your resident certificate. In principle, you can apply for an extension one month before the expiration date to prevent penalties for failure to apply for extension in time. Those in serious circumstances could be deported.

1. For Students from Hong Kong and Macau, please note that most of you will need to apply for "Residence Extension" when you are in your junior year or senior year. When doing so, please pay the tuition fee and apply for "Residence Extension Certificate" at the International Affairs Center, the "Certificate of Enrollment" at the Registration and Curriculum Division. After collecting all the documents needed, you can apply for extension online.

2. Students not from Hong Kong and Macau need to extend your resident certificate every year. When processing it, please pay the tuition fee and apply for the "Certificate of Enrollment" at the Registration and Curriculum Division. 3. For students who have moved, please apply for changing residence through the website of National Immigration Agency within 10 days after moving to to avoid penalties.
