2019-2020 job coach Kitchen Work Lab
Opportunity to practice employment maturity behaviors/skills.  

Being a Responsible Worker: arriving promptly and prepared, showing a desire to work, being organized, listening well, practicing safety and cleaning up after oneself.  

Being a Productive Worker: following verbal &/or written direction well, working well independently, completing tasks on time (workflow) and to expectations(quality),  working well with co-workers, taking initiative.  

Observation of skills/behaviors in structured work lab in community employment setting:
Scale of 1 to 4.
1 = Direct job coach support; guided decision making, needs direct assistance to perform task, modifications, multiple cues.
2 = Moderate guided job coach support; modeling/verbal/gestural cues, Performs some parts of task independently needs  coaching support to complete task fully
3 = Minimal-casual Job coach supports- modeling/verbal/gestural for task's decision making
4 = Got it, independent, competitive employment expectation rigor with/without accommodation for task's decision making.
