The European Ultimate Federation (EUF) is changing the European Youth Ultimate Championship to a smaller regional European Youth Ultimate Cup.
The event will now include the divisions U17 & U20 and will be organised in close cooperation with the local health authorities.

Please fill out this team registration contact form for ALL teams that you want to register for EYUCup 2021. The contacts as provided for each team will receive information directly as any further decisions are made.

The EYUCup 2021 will be hosted in the city of Hollabrunn, Austria on 12th Aug. - 15th August. The event will feature national Ultimate teams in the Open, Mixed, and Womens U17 and U20 divisions.

The timeline is:
NOW: registration start
1.6.: Registration end
15.6.: secure your registration, commitment to the tournament → 500€ per Team due
1.7.: Final decision deadline → If we have enough teams (min. 10 teams in general, min 5 teams per division) we feel comfortable to continue.
If we cancel the tournament you will get 95% refund
15.7.: Teamfee, playersfee and accommodation payment (tbd)
30.7.: final roster information + payment adaptation (in line with the roster)
12.8.: Start of the tournament

It is mandatory for each potential team to fill out this form. This form needs to be completed once for EACH TEAM.

The person who fills out this form - should be the team administrator, someone who can represent the teams needs, bookings and requirements between now and the start of the tournament. The team administrator going forward will assume all responsibility for distributing key information as it is shared from EUF and the TOC and will be responsible for meeting deadlines of payments and entering player registration details and answering questions as they come up. This person DOES NOT have to be coming to EYUC, and therefore if you are country coordinator, you might be looking after the administration for multiple teams.
