How do I apply?
Simply fill in this online form to apply for a place on the work experience week. Our Creative Learning programme empowers young people to take the first step to their career in the arts. Because of this, we require that those applying for work experience do so themselves to give them a valuable experience of communicating with potential employers.  We understand that some applicants may need additional support to complete the form and we ask that you make the reasons for this clear within your application. Please note that your parent/guardian must complete the last section of the form and we request that they are copied in to all correspondence.

A limited number of applicants will be invited to a short interview in February 2024. Successful participants will then be contacted and offered a placement on the Work Experience Week.

What happens after I submit my application?

Friday 19th January 2024, 5pm: Deadline to complete online application

Friday 26th January: Successful applicants will be contacted and offered to take part in a short 20 minute interview between 4 - 5.30 pm during Wednesday 7th February and Friday 16th February 2023

Friday 23rd February 2024:  A limited number of students interviewed will be offered a Work Experience placement.  Unsuccessful applicants will be notified.  Please note that to ensure the best possible experience, only a limited number of placements are available.

July (dates to be confirmed) 2024: Work experience week at The Point Theatre

Thank you for your interest:  please note that because we receive a high volume of applications we cannot offer everyone who applies an interview.
