BCSC Competition Sanctioning 2023-2024
Please fill this form out per competition event that is to be sanctioned. Sanctions must be renewed annually.

Sanctioning means that the event will be published on our website, social media and athletes attending who have insurance coverage through BCSC's broker will be covered to compete.

Sanctioning cost includes the use of three iPads and BCSC staff to distribute, update and verify Coach and Admin credentials.
  • $150 for one day competitions
  • $250 for two-day competitions.
The purpose of sanctioning is to communicate to athletes, coaches, gym owners, parents and the general public that the competition is being conducted in a fair, safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the rules and standards of cheerleading.

When an event receives sanctioned status, it is understood that:
  • The event organizer will abide by all rules set forth by BCSC; and
  • Any violation of the rules will result in a report being written by BCSC (including details provided by the event) on the occurrence which will then be made available to the BCSC voting members.
