Are you a designer who is passionate about making a difference? Weโ€™re always looking for dedicated design professionals to work with us.

In order to apply, you must:
  • be veganย ๐Ÿ“ย ๐Ÿ„ย ๐Ÿ–ย ๐ŸŸ
  • have 2+ years professional design experience
  • be able to share a strong and current portfolio of your own design work
  • have excellent communication skills (we are a fully remote team), including strong responsiveness
  • be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (+ InDesign required for document designers; + Canva required for social media designers)
  • have a strong eye for design, including typography, composition, balance, color, etc.
  • have a passion for activism & working on impactful projects for animals all over the globe
  • have a willingness to learn and grow, as well as an eagerness to collaborate with other designers!
If you don't fit the description above, but are interested in volunteering for animals, we recommend joining Vegan Hacktivists' Playground, and picking up design volunteer opportunities there.

What happens after I apply?
If you qualify, and we have an opening, we will reach out to you. If we don't have an opening at the time, we will keep your application on file for future opportunities and will reach out at that time. The vegan designer network is a list that we share with clients to help them find designers to work with after they've reached the limit of our free services, or if they require design support outside of our list of services. Joining this list allows these clients to find you and reach out to you to work 1-on-1 (not through Violet Studios).

If you say yes to joining the network, you consent to the following information being shared with potential clients: Your areas of design specialization, design experience description, contact email, name, portfolio link, and languages.
