Base rate: The base rate doesn't include the printing fee, mailing postage, parking fee, or time inside the courthouse. The rate is per trip.

Regular service is included in the base rate. There is an additional charge of $25.00 for expedited service and $50.00 for rush service. These amounts are added to the base rate.

Mileage costs: We charge mileage based on the existing IRS mileage. https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-increases-mileage-rate-for-remainder-of-2022 Mileage costs are assessed for each trip to file/retrieve documents and will be added to your final invoice.  We will provide you with the mileage cost based upon the address you provide after we receive this form. We use Google Maps to calculate mileage costs. Please confirm your understanding. *

13. Reproduction costs: If your service requests requires us to make copies at our office, please keep in mind that the first 10 pages of any document you send are free. After the 10th page, we charge $0.25 per page for black and white copies. We charge $.50 per page if the document must be printed in color. *

14. Invoices: You may receive two invoices. The first invoice includes the base rate, mileage costs (if applicable) and reproduction costs (if any).
