New Entering Students:  Due April 1, 2021:  Submit this form and mail Housing Guarantee Payment of $550.00 payable to Trustees of Boston University to reserve a private bedroom in the MSR.  Your payment will be refunded if you withdraw from BUSM by April 30, 2021.

Current Students:  Complete this form to be entered in to a lottery for a private bedroom in the MSR for the academic year 2021-2022.  If selected through the lottery, you will be required to submit a signed license  agreement by April 30, 2021.
