2024 StreetLeader Application Form - It's Not Just a Job, It's a Mission!
We're grateful for your interest in working with UrbanPromise's summer camp program. If you're ready to:

  1. Bring energy and dedication to the mission of building up elementary and middle school kids mentally, socially, and emotionally over six packed weeks of camp
  2. Apply yourself to your own growth and development through reading groups and skills trainings with fellow StreetLeaders
Then help us get to know you a little with the questions below.

In order for your application to be considered, you must:

•    Be available during our hours of operation: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, from July 1 through August 8.

•    Attend a two-day paid training on June 26th and 27th from 3:30 to 5:30 PM.

•    Secure the signature of your parent or guardian if you are under 18 years of age

•    Provide Working Papers from your school district if you are under 18 years of age

If and when you join UPT, we will need to see a birth certificate or a social security number and another form of ID such as a school ID, drivers license, or a report card with your name on it.
