Subscriptions are offered
between the hours of 5:30 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Trips occurring
outside that timeframe will need to be requested on a trip by trip basis, and
are not eligible for a subscription.
If a trip is exactly the same
on multiple days (e.g. rider works 7-3 every Monday and Tuesday), you can
request the trip on one form. If times/locations differ, you must fill out a
separate request. If you are requesting
a trip that is more than two legs, please fill out a form for each trip leg and
note in the comments that it is a multi-leg trip).
Subscriptions are not
guaranteed, and are subject to the same time negotiations as all other trips.
Times offered will be within one hour on either side of the request, per ADA
requirement.
Please
complete this form at least two weeks in advance.
If you need
trips while we process your request, you can call the scheduling line and
request to set up trips on a trip by trip basis until we are able to review
your request. We take reservations one day to two weeks in advance.
When your
request has been processed, we will notify you by email.
