If you would like a refund of the badge, you may request this on your own through TTE. Log into TTE and click your username in the upper right-hand corner. Scroll to "Conventions I'm Attending" and click "Badge Type for Name." Click "Refund" on that page.

To see which card you have on file with TTE, please log into TTE. Click on your username in the top right corner. Under "Account," click on "Credit Cards." You must have at least one valid card on file for us to process a badge conversion requiring an upcharge or refund.
