The Healthy Habits Coaching program is personalized nutrition and fitness coaching program designed to help you to build healthy lifestyle habits that produce lifelong sustainable improvements in your health and body composition. 

This 12-week program is designed to provide you with clear guidelines to follow and help provide you with a framework and the support to build better: 

1)    Better nutrition habits

2)    A more effective exercise routin

3)    A positive mindset around food and your body       

This is NOT a traditional Body Transformation Program:

❌We WILL NOT ask you to take pictures in your underwear to gauge your progress.
❌WE WILL not be using the scale as a primary measure of success.
❌We WILL NOT ask you to implement extreme measures that are not sustainable.

✅ We WILL provide you with guidance to help gain some clarity around meeting your nutritional needs.
✅ We WILL help you build an effective resistance exercise routine

✅ WE WILL hold you accountable and check in with you

✅ WE WILL support you in this process and help you adjust when needed

What the program includes:

✅Simple, but detailed nutrition and lifestyle targets to focus on personalized to your needs from Dr. Chavez along with sample meal plans, and recipes to help you get started. 
✅Personalized training program tailored to your unique needs that can be completed at home or at the gym from our trainer Alex Engelman that is delivered through an app directly to your phone. 
✅Weekly coaching calls via Zoom
✅Access to a private online community for questions, accountability, and support

Cost: $1,500 or $550/month
