RYIM Bhubaneswar invites post-graduates, PhDs, postdoctoral fellows, faculties, educators, and start-ups to the Regional Young Investigators’ Meeting to be hosted at DBT-ILS from 4th-6th December 2023. The RYIM at Bhubaneswar will focus on “Opportunities in the academic and industry research arena in the Eastern region of India”.

The meeting aims to catalyse a smooth transition for PhD and postdoctoral fellows in the Eastern region of India to their next career level. It will provide a platform for early career researchers and potential recruiters to share a common space for identifying the do’s and don’ts during career transitions. In addition, the meeting will shed light on the opportunities and challenges present for researchers to become potential entrepreneurs, host discussions on work culture scenarios, Government policies, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

RYIM Bhubaneswar envisions to create a network of academicians, researchers, biotech entrepreneurs and industry representatives to develop a roadmap for career growth and expansion. We urge all stake-holders to join us in the event and help create an impactful ecosystem.
