Please read the following details and fill out the form below. 

In order to protect our dancers, callers, and musicians, the following requirements must be followed, until further notice:

- Everyone must wear either an N95, KN95, or KF94 mask that securely covers the nose, mouth, and chin. Cloth masks and surgical masks alone will no longer be considered sufficient protection.
- All attendees will be required to sign a waiver.  

We thank you very much for your cooperation with these restrictions. We love our dance friends, but the safety and health of all our attendees is most important, so these requirements will be strictly enforced.

Sliding Scale/Pay What You Can! -- $15 suggested admission
Pay at the door.
No partner or experience necessary.

Masks are required to enter the hall.
Advanced registration is requested.
Registration is per individual; please no "couples" registration.

We will have some individually-wrapped snacks and water available. Please feel free to bring your own (for yourself or to share). We encourage dancers to bring their own reusable water bottles.
All food and drink consumption must be done outside; no unmasking inside the hall is allowed.

PLEASE REMEMBER:
- If you have symptoms of any sickness, please stay home (and care for yourself).
- If you develop symptoms and/or test positive for COVID-19 within 1 week of dancing, please notify Aileen Poehls at culvercityecd@gmail.com.
