Life Unleashed Puppy Application
PLEASE READ OVER OUR ENTIRE WEBSITE TO UNDERSTAND OUR ADOPTION PROCESS. You can see that here: https://www.lifeunleashedfarm.com/adoption-process. A copy of the contract is linked below. It is highly recommended that you read over that as well.  Both places will answer many, if not all, of the questions that you may have.

Our adoption fees are as follows:

   • $3,000 for solid or minimally marked Sheepadoodles.
   • $3,500 for sable, brindle, and black & white Sheepadoodles.
   • $4,500 for merle and tri-color Sheepadoodles
   • $3,500 for Purebred Old English Sheepdogs

Deposits are $500 and are NON-refundable, but they are transferable for up to two litters. The deposit due once your application is approved. This deposit is non-refundable (it can be moved up to two future litters before being forfeited) and will secure your pup.

The deposit will go towards the total fee and is due upon application approval. Once your application is approved and your deposit is paid, the contract will be delivered to you by email through DocuSign. Tami Fox (program director and coordinator) or Korina Buehrer (owner) will review the contract with you if you desire, to ensure all details are clearly understood prior to signing.

At seven weeks of age, we match pups with their human families using our intimate knowledge of the pups and the experience of my trainer.  We match each pup to their family based on the application, any needs the family may have (ie. service animal, etc.), and the in-person visit where you make your top three picks. Temperament is taken into consideration before gender or color.

We are happy to answer any questions that arise. Puppies can be shipped for an additional charge with one of our flight nannies. Please note we do NOT offer breeding rights.

I have read over the entire contract. If not, the link is at the top of this application. *
Required
I understand that puppies are matched to families according to temperament, and then gender and color. If I am not willing to pay the price for a merle or tri-color puppy, I will need to apply for a different litter.
*
Required
I understand the cost associated with owning a dog, including but not limited to, food, grooming, professional training, toys, vet bills, dog walker/sitter, home "wear and tear"... *
Required
I understand that this breed has high needs for grooming and needs to be brushed DAILY and groomed a least once a month. *
Required
I understand that these dogs are lovable, energetic, and excited puppies. Training is important to help ensure that pup's energy and excitement is redirected!
*
Required
I understand the pups coat can change colors from dramatic, minimal to no change. Most often the black will fade out to grey indicative of the old English Sheepdog. While some will go full black to grey, some will be salt and pepper.   *
Required
I understand that this is a highly intelligent, sensitive, and keenly aware breed and that gentle training is what they need. *
Required
I acknowledge that this is a companion relationship and that these pups were raised as family companions and not as show dogs. *
