1. 網上預約檢測日期 (即填寫此 Google 表單)
2. 於檢測當日早上到化驗所付款 $600 (只接受現金, 微信支付 或 支付寶)
3. 一般情況下, RT-PCR 核酸測試報告可於檢測當日下午四時至六時領取。你可以根據個人需要領取正本報告或電子報告(PDF檔)
注意:
- 如選擇"深喉唾液測試"服務, 請於檢測當日早上 09:15 - 11:00 前往化驗所遞交樣本。(請於檢測日期前親身前往化驗所領取樣本收集包。您亦可於政府的派發點免費領取政府派發的深喉唾液樣本收集包)
- 如果遞交的深喉唾液樣本人體基因不足或不正確並引致無效的檢測結果, 將不獲退款或免費重新測試. 客戶應嚴格遵守隨樣本包提供的採樣程序。
- 如選擇"鼻腔和咽喉合併拭子採樣"服務, 請於檢測當日早上 09:30 - 11:00 前往化驗所進行採樣。
- 六歲以下兒童, 請聯絡您的兒科醫生於檢測當日早上為兒童採樣, 並於早上 11:00 前交回樣本到化驗所
- 其他新冠肺炎相關檢測服務, 請於檢測當日早上 09:15 - 11:00 前往化驗所。
- 如測試結果符合呈報準則, 我們會根據政府指引向衞生防護中心呈報相關個案, 並將有關病人樣本及資料轉送至衞生防護中心作進一步跟進。
- 如要求到社康社區健康中心(UCN診所)進行新冠肺炎相關檢測, 診所將額外收取行政費用, 你亦未必可以領取即日報告。詳情請直接聯絡相關UCN診所。
- 社康社區健康中心(UCN診所)將不會提供任何拭子採樣服務。
- 所有新冠肺炎相關化驗將會在本化驗所內進行，不會轉移到另外處所。
1. Reserve the date of testing via online (i.e. To complete this Google Form)
2. Come over to the laboratory on the date of testing for payment $600 (By Cash, WeChat Pay or Alipay ONLY)
3. In general, RT-PCR report at 16:00 - 18:00 on the same day of testing. Depending on your own purpose, you can either come to laboratory to collect original copy or request for softcopy (PDF version) via email.
Note:
- If you choose "Deep throat saliva" testing, please come over to the laboratory for specimen submission during 09:15 - 11:00. (Please come over to laboratory to collect the specimen collection pack prior to the date of testing. You may also consider to collect the free specimen collection pack from the government channels)
- NO REFUNDS / NO FREE re-tests if the Deep Throat Saliva specimen contains insufficient human gene or incorrect sample in consequence of invalid results. Clients should ensure strictly adhere to the sampling guidelines provided with the test kits.
- If you choose "Combined nasal and throat swabs (Age 6 or above)", please come over to the laboratory for specimen collection during 09:30 - 11:00.
- For age under 6, please consult your paediatric doctor for sample collection on the date of testing and submit the sample to laboratory before 11:00.
- For other covid-19 related testing services, please come to the laboratory during 09:15 - 11:00.
- If the result falls into suspected case category, we will follow the guidelines from DH CHP, and the person’s particular and specimen will be transferred to CHP for follow-up actions.
- If you request for COVID-19 related testing via UCN clinics, extra administration fees will be incurred and you may not be able to receive the same day report / certificate. For more details, please contact UCN Clinics directly.
- UCN clinics DO NOT provide any swab sampling services.
- All the COVID-19 related testings will be carried out inside the UCN Pathology Laboratory and will not be transferred to another premises to perform.
