Secondary school students have the option to hire school lockers and are available through submission of this online form. Students hiring lockers must sign a locker hire agreement that outlines the responsible use of lockers and record the locker/key details.
There are two sizes for hire, regular and large. Approximate locker sizes are as follows:
Regular: 30cm width x 44cm height x 42cm depth
Large: 30cm width x 85cm height x 42cm depth
The annual hire fee for the regular-size lockers is $15 and large lockers are $25. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
Parents will be invoiced by the school directly with a link for online payment. Payments should be made by this online payment process where possible. If you have problems making an online payment, please ring the Accounts Department. Please note that cash payments are not accepted. Once payment has been received, your child will be allocated a locker and locker key. Ms Dunbar in the Secondary Admin Office will advise students when their key is ready for collection.
If students forget to bring their locker key to school, they are able to have their locker opened by the maintenance staff. If students lose their locker key and are unable to find it, they may apply for a replacement locker key by submitting a Locker Key Replacement Application form. A new key will be issued to the student upon payment of the $10 locker key replacement fee.
If a student no longer requires the hire of the locker and is unable to return the locker key, there will be a $20 fee (key barrel replacement cost). This is to provide the next student with a different key, providing better lock security.

We only have a limited number of lockers available. If there is sufficient demand, the school will make arrangements to obtain more lockers.
