Adapted Kicks was established as the first inclusive soccer program in Richmond, offering individualized soccer training for youth of all abilities. This includes developing tailored sessions to empower youth with cognitive or physical diversities and limitations, so everyone can develop a love of soccer and sport.
Beyond the value to program participants, this programming offers coaches and volunteers a unique opportunity for personal and professional development, exploring modified training plans and coaching techniques. In this role, volunteers will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with Adapted Kicks players, supervised by our highly qualified staff. No soccer experience is required.
