Sean has been involved in education for 25 years. Since 2011, he has led two diverse primary schools in Ōtautahi, Canterbury.
His greatest career learning was a role he took on in 2015 as Foundation Principal of a brand new school. Te Uru Tarata Lemonwood Grove School.  
In April 2020 he handed over the leadership and is now fulfilling a long-held desire to share what he has learnt along the way.
He sees a real opportunity based on his own experience to grow and develop the capability of people in schools and organisations across Aotearoa.
One area Sean is passionate about is working with people around self-improvement, especially getting clear around their purpose and the strategies they can implement in order to go from ‘good to great’.
Important learning, especially during this current climate.
