Wellness Initiative Program 2023

The Wellness Initiative is a national program providing wellness opportunities for people living with Spina Bifida and their family members to help reach their goals and form healthy habits. Each quarter we will provide education, programs, and networking opportunities focused on one area of health. Participation is free and open to anyone impacted by Spina Bifida!

Quarterly Themes:

January, February, March- Self Care/Self Love

April, May, June- Physical Activity

July, August, September- Nutrition

October, November, December- Mental Health
