Dear participant,

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey for the IMPACTS project. IMPACTS, a one-year project supported by EIT Urban Mobility, aims to create collaborative trusted spaces within public transport in Europe, making it safer and more inclusive. IMPACTS will create:

An app that enables passengers to connect with each other, and to offer and receive support. The app will also allow passengers to easily report issues within transportation and the urban space.
A dashboard that allows cities and transport providers to receive aggregated insights regarding passenger reports and allows them to utilize new feedback channels.
