EpiscoPAL
Newcomers have the option to be paired together with an EpsicoPAL- a member of St. Paul’s.

Depending on the newcomer(s), Minister for Faith Formation Keli Shipley Cooper will coordinate with the other staff to determine who may be a good EpsicoPAL for the newcomer(s). Each PAL (member) will commit to ~12 months of checking in with their PAL (newcomer) on a semi-regular basis, inviting them to participate in various St. Paul’s opportunities (either in person or online). This may look like meeting up after worship to attend coffee hour or agreeing to both attend an online meditation gathering.
