The following is the registration form for Handball Victoria's Indoor Handball Referee Course, which is an open course, free of charge.

Learning Outcomes
This course aims to give participants a sound foundation to further build their Indoor Handball Umpiring skills upon, either through an additional course at a later stage in the year, or through practise, depending on current umpiring experience.
Course Structure & Schedule:
10am - Theory section
Discussion and run-through of common situations and interpretations
Q&A
11am - Live Handball Game Observation
Victorian Handball League Women’s Game
MHC Blue vs. MHC Red
The course will finish around 12.30pm, after the women’s game is finished. Participants are most welcome to stay and also observe the men’s game, which will start at 12.30pm and finish around 2pm.
Pre-requisites
Everyone attending is required to have read the full Rules of the Game, and the New Guidelines and Interpretations. Both documents can be downloaded from IHF’s website by following this link;
