The LLVM Foundation is looking to form a code of conduct committee and is asking the LLVM community to nominate individuals that they feel would be great for the role. Committee members should expect to dedicate at least 5 hours a month and around 10 hours a month if case load increases. Committee members should be dedicated to creating a welcoming, inviting and positive environment for all within the LLVM spaces. Ideally, we would like to have committee members commit to a year, but this is flexible and will be discussed with the nominee.

The LLVM Foundation Board of Directors will use all the information to create a balanced and diverse Code of Conduct committee.
