The purpose of the LCAS Student Petition for Graduation is to provide you with information regarding your potential graduation status, to collect information that will be used on your diploma and to stay in touch with you.

I understand that I must fulfill the Lynwood Community Adult School Graduation Requirements in order to receive my diploma. Please type your initials below. *
Our records indicate that you may be a candidate for graduation.  There's one factor that will affect your graduation status: You must successfully complete all required courses. Even through you may participate in graduation exercises, you will be given a diploma only after you have fulfilled all graduation requirements. If you're in doubt as to your graduation status, please make an appointment to see a counselor/advisor as soon as possible.
