Faithful Action for a Healthy Wisconsin is a joint initiative of Wisconsin Council of Churches, MICAH, and Wisconsin Faith Voices for Justice. We organize clergy and faith leaders of all faiths across Wisconsin to advocate for equitable public health policies.

In 2022, we have broadened our agenda to look at the intersection between health care disparities and racism. We are working to change the narrative about public health, away from a narrative of personal responsibility to one focused on the social determinants of health and the need to look systemically at the many factors that conspire to keep people from living healthy lives.
