Hello, Auxier Aviator Families! We are excited to work with you this year. Please sign up below for any committee or coordinator positions you might be interested in working with this year. We are happy to have any help we can and we are sure that one of these volunteer opportunities is the perfect fit for your skillset.

COMMITTEES: Would you like to help us with any of these committees? Parents will be contacted by email/text to set up meetings.

Giveathon- Work with the board to plan goals and efforts during our annual Giveathon 8/19-29, 2022. You will plan incentives that will bring money directly into the classrooms across campus.

Donations- Promote our fabulous school in the community and seek out donations of sponsors, meals, gift cards, and more that can be used to feed the teachers and be used at family events as prizes.

Yearbook- Take photos at events that will be used in the Auxier yearbook. Communicate with Yearbook Sponsor (Mrs. Ibarra) about PTO events and communicate with parents about deadlines and due dates.

Feeding Teachers- help with planning meals for the teachers and staff throughout the year. You will be in charge of planning meals, placing orders/shopping, preparing food, putting out food and cleaning up at the end of the meal. Budget will be covered by PTO.

EVENTS: Teacher Appreciation Week- Work as a committee to coordinate schoolwide efforts during the week of 5/2-5/6, 2022. Celebrate our teachers and staff in a fun and creative way. Including selecting theme, deciding on gifts, decorating, feeding staff and teachers, and more.

EVENTS: Help plan and coordinate family fun nights once a quarter.

PTO BOARD MEMBERS: Would you like to help as a member of the Auxier PTO Board this year? We are looking for parents who like to help the school, have great ideas and love to work with other parents. If this sound s like you, you will be a great fit! As a Board we work to share the work load and are happy to work around schedules and commitments so you can participate without overburdening yourself.
