2021 TASL Bookmark Contest Entry Form

Please read carefully.

ENTRIES SUBMITTED BY FEBRUARY 19, 2021 WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Scan your entries and either upload them here OR share a view only link to a Google Drive folder or One Drive folder. Scans should be high resolution and saved as a PNG or JPG file.

We will make a reasonable attempt to resolve any discrepancies with your entry, but it is possible that incorrect submissions may result in disqualification of your student’s entries.

Instructions: Submit ONLY 3 entries for each division. (Hold a preliminary contest at your school to select your 3 finalists.  Ask your Art Department and school community to become involved. The bookmark needs to reflect the theme.) The theme should be included on the design of the bookmark. Theme: School libraries are best for all

Division I (Primary – K-2) Students may submit either hand drawn or digital art entries.
Division II (Intermediate 3-5): Students may submit either hand drawn or digital art entries.
Division III (Middle School 6-8) Students may submit either hand drawn or digital art entries.
Division IV (High School 9-12) ONLY: Students may submit either hand drawn or digital art entries.

ONLY THREE (3) finalists may be submitted in each division for the state contest, regardless of art form.
