1. The Administrative Officer (AO) will take care of the complaint filed. The information you provide will be kept confidential except as necessary to investigate and resolve your complaint.      

2. The request which will be filled by parents, that will be rectified and resolved from our back end.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

3. The Development related suggestions given by parents will be taken as utmost care by School Management and required action will be taken as soon as possible.

4. This form is divided into three main sections which are;

Section 1: Request from Parents to change/update child's personal information.
Section 2: Complaint from Parents for School.
Section 3: Suggestions from Parents regarding School Development.

5. Complainant has to fill required or concerned section and other section from this form can be skip by clicking next and directly fill the complainant information in form and submit.

6. Complainant Information ( It is mandatory to mention the information of the one who is filling this form)

7. This form could be used or filled by our higher classes students as well. (from 5th STD onwards)

* निर्देश: यदि आपके पास किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत/अनुरोध/सुझाव है तो कृपया शिकायत फॉर्म भरें और जमा करें और फॉर्म अंग्रेजी/क्षेत्रीय भाषा में भरा जा सकता है। (अर्थात हिंदी या मराठी)

1. अनुरोध माता-पिता द्वारा भरा जाएगा, जिसे हमारे पिछले छोर से सुधारा और हल किया जाएगा।

2. प्रशासनिक अधिकारी (एओ) दायर की गई शिकायत का ध्यान रखेंगे। आपके द्वारा प्रदान की गई जानकारी को गोपनीय रखा जाएगा, सिवाय इसके कि आपकी शिकायत की जांच और समाधान के लिए आवश्यक हो।

3. माता-पिता द्वारा दिए गए विकास संबंधी सुझावों का स्कूल प्रबंधन द्वारा यथासंभव ध्यान रखा जाएगा और जल्द से जल्द आवश्यक कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

4. इस फॉर्म को तीन वर्गों में बांटा गया है जो हैं;

खंड 1: माता-पिता से बच्चे की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी को बदलने/अपडेट करने का अनुरोध।
खंड 2: स्कूल के लिए माता-पिता से शिकायत।
खंड 3: स्कूल विकास के संबंध में माता-पिता से सुझाव।

5. शिकायतकर्ता को आवश्यक या संबंधित अनुभाग भरना है और इस फॉर्म से अन्य अनुभाग अगले पर क्लिक करके छोड़ दिया जा सकता है और सीधे शिकायतकर्ता की जानकारी फॉर्म में भरकर सबमिट कर सकते हैं।

6. शिकायतकर्ता की जानकारी (इस फॉर्म को भरने वाले की जानकारी का उल्लेख करना अनिवार्य है)

7. यह फॉर्म हमारे उच्च कक्षाओं के छात्रों द्वारा भी इस्तेमाल या भरा जा सकता है। (From 5th Std onwards)
