How did you hear about the peer mentor program? *
As part of the program, Peer Mentors support one of our high school-aged youth programs. In the Summer we have two types of programs, weekly and condensed. All program support days will be from 10 AM to 3 PM. Please select all of the programs you are available to support. Note that you will only be placed with one of them, but selecting all programs you are available for will increase your chances in securing a spot. For more details on the programs that you will be supporting, please visit https://eya.ca/program/nature-stewards/ *
If none of the programs fit your schedule, please fill out "other" with your availability
