Vendor Space Agreement: Annapolis Juneteenth Celebration - Terms and Conditions:
For ALL VENDORS:
• This is a rain or shine event.
• No shows will not be refunded under any circumstances for vendor fees.
• Vendor Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
• You will be required to adhere to all load in and load out times as stipulated by event coordinators.
• Failure to comply with any of the above, you run the risk of not being invited back for future shows.
Food Vendor/Food Truck Vendor:
• You will dispose of all trash prior to leaving the premises or plan to take it with you.
• Dumpsters will be on site for vendor use.
• Failure to dispose of your trash will result in a $100 fee.
• You must be registered in Anne Arundel County or have a temporary food permit for our event.
*This year, we will only accept two of each specialty food/beverage truck vendor type.
All Other Vendors to include Arts and Crafts, Young Entrepreneurs, and Non-Profit Organizations:
• Will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ space with three feet of clearance on either side. If additional space is required, you must purchase an additional booth. Vendors must provide their own items for their space(s): Tents, tables, chairs, water, hand sanitizer, masks, etc.
