Amber Heart provides design services across the US. If you are not in the Detroit Metro area, we are happy to work with the printing company of your choice to get your designs printed, shipped or available for you to pick-up locally.

If you are ordering more than one product, you will get a chance to select all products during the order process. If additional information is needed, we will send you an email with an upload link to provide what's necessary to complete your order.  You will receive a confirmation email including what you have submitted in this form. Please be sure to type your correct email address. Let's begin!

A 50% deposit and all information and photos for the project must be received before design begins. At the end of this form, you will be prompted to make a payment. To pay the 50% deposit, please be sure to use discount code DEPOSITONLY when checking out. Full payment must be received at the approval of final design.
