We will award scholarships to eligible applicants at random on September 15 and through December 15th. Notification of selection will be sent via email. Selected recipients will be responsible for registering and submitting payment within 15 days of notification.

One scholarship application per person: If you are not selected, you will remain in the running for future drawings until the last scholarship drawing on December 15th.

If you are not selected as a Financial Hardship scholarship recipient and find the means to attend, the current conference rate at the time of registration will apply. Please note that the best prices are available early in the registration window.
