SEASON DATES: Subject to Change:

Regular Season - June 26th - August 14
Tournament - August 21-28

PAYMENT: All players are responsible for payment ($150 or $200/player) prior to match scheduling.

IMPORTANT:

Players and parents are responsible for ensuring communication between league participants and directors.

EXCUSED ABSENCES: Please text, call, email league and coach if you are missing a practice, meeting, or game. Any absence not notified, will result in the following consequences:

Practice (if any) – player will not be allowed to play next game.
Game – player will forfeit two matches.

LATE POLICY: Game times will be listed on the schedule page. Players must show up within 10 minutes of scheduled start time. If player shows up after 10 minutes, he or she will lose 1 game in their match.

INSURANCE: All players must have health insurance.

TRANSPORTATION: All players are responsible for their own transportation.

GAMES: Games will be same 2 days per week for each player.

PRACTICE (if any): Players must coordinate with their coach for scheduled practices.

PLAYING TIME:
Each match will be played using the following format:
New/Learning – Pro-set to 6. Advantages and tiebreakers allowed.
Experienced – Pro-set to 10. Advantages and tiebreakers allowed.

WARM-UPS:
Maximum warm-up time - 10 minutes.

EQUIPMENT: Players are responsible for their own tennis rackets. BALLS TO BE PROVIDED EACH GAME DAY.

RESPECT THE GAME: Unsportsmanlike behavior is not acceptable and may result in loss of playing time. Unsportsmanlike behavior includes, but not limited to:
Racket abuse
Making fun of opposing team players
Foul language
Cheating -- SCORE CARDS to be provided.
Verbal abuse
