For the safety and security of all, we are pleased to offer supervised activities for Kindergarten to 12th-grade students who arrive at school before 8:00 A.M. and/or stay after 3:30 P.M. A program supervisor will monitor students’ activities suitable for the program’s location.
Hours of Operation:
Regular School Days
7:45-8:00 A.M. and 3:30-4:30 P.M.
Morning Extended Day Program is not provided on days with delayed arrival.
Afternoon Extended Day Program is not provided on early dismissal days, including half days.
Service Fee:
$16.00 per hour
$4.00 per quarter hour or portion thereof
$8.00 per quarter hour or portion thereof after 4:30 P.M.

Computer Lab (Building E) - Afternoon Extended Day Program
Procedures:
- Any student arriving before 8:00 A.M. or staying on school premises after 3:30 P.M., unless in a supervised school-sponsored program, will be placed in the Extended Day Program. (MS/HS students included)
- Parents must sign their ES and MS children in for the morning Extended Day Program and out of the afternoon Extended Day Program. High school students may sign themselves in and out.
- The Program Supervisor will monitor students' activities suited for the program's location.
Billing:
- Extended Day Program fees will be invoiced through FACTS every month and due on the date indicated. (Please enable the payment of incidental invoices in FACTS to avoid unnecessary late fees.)
- The late fee will be $10.00 (30 days late) and $20.00 (60 days late).
- Non-payment after 60 days will result in termination of services.
- You can pay your bill on the FACTS Family Portal and/or on the School App.
