Hey, thanks for expressing an interest in volunteering. Vollies as we call them, play an important part of the event. You will be required to do one or more of the following tasks:

- Attend nightly vollie meetings (30 mins) to discuss the plan of action for the following day

- Set up of tents, tables, chairs and signage

- Attend manage briefings (listen and report back to team captains)

- Assist riders pinning race numbers and letters

- Collecting clothes, equipment

- Talking to riders calming their nerves

- Taking plenty of pictures of riders

- Driving to halfway point and bringing rider day bags, food and drink

- Stocking ice

- General running around

You are a part of the team.

Your ACCOMMODATION (4 nights) is PAID for by the riders plus there is some petrol money. It is a shared room with 2 single beds. We will have girl girl & boy boy rooms.
