Scientist Information Questionnaire
Thank you so much for signing up to be an Earth Explorers Scientist! At the start of each semester Earth Explorers (EE) students receive simple, one page "Scientist Bios" that introduce them to the scientists they'll have a chance to work with throughout the program. Teachers and students use these biographies to create teams and assign teams to work with each scientist. This form gathers information to create these "Scientist Bios". Please keep your answers short and written at a kid friendly level.
