Plattsville and District PS Student Belongings Survey
If your child has left items at school that may not be located in their desk or cubby or if you have items that MUST be returned, please take a moment to complete the survey below.  The survey will close at 8am on Monday, June 1st.  This will help us to expedite the collection of student belongings from the school and ensure that all students belongings are returned to the rightful owners.

Safe curbside pick up of students belongings (and return of school belongings) is scheduled to begin Monday, June 8, 2020.  Please check your email the week of June 1, 2020 for detailed instructions and the schedule for pick up.  

IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, PLEASE COMPLETE THIS SURVEY SEPARATELY FOR EACH CHILD.  This will  help us to get the correct information to the correct teacher.
