PARENTS TRANSPORTING CHILDREN TO AND FROM AN EVENT

In line with the Department of Education procedures, parents transporting other students need to provide a copy of their current vehicle registration certificate and drivers licence - please email these to the school (lakecathie-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au) together with the completed 'Declaration for Volunteers and Non-Child Related Contractors' (this form can be downloaded from the school website).

In case of an emergency situation e.g. flat tyre, motor vehicle accident please:
* Keep children with you at all times until emergency services have arrived or you have spoken to the school representative to arrange alternative arrangements.

If you have mobile service-
* Call 000 (if emergency response is required)
* Contact the School Principal on 6584 8060

If you do not have mobile service-
* Ask a witness or bystander to make contact with the school and emergency services if required when they get into range.
