Welcome to the 31st year of the Pumpkin Festival at Fruitville Grove.

We welcome crafters who are small or at home businesses who produce their goods to apply for the craft show. We place an emphasis on individuals who are local crafters or artists with homemade and unique products. We also encourage those with booths relating to agriculture, animals, or environmental stability.

To apply for the 2019 Pumpkin Fest, please complete the below information. Please note this application is for craft vendors only.
Food vendors should send an email to fruitvillegrove@yahoo.com with their menu items and photo of the booth setup.

LOCATION and DIRECTIONS:
The Pumpkin Fest is located at Fruitville Grove, the address is 7410 Fruitville rd. Sarasota, Fl 34240. Fruitville Grove is located 1 ½ miles East of I-75 on Fruitville rd., on the right-hand side of the road.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
The festival hours are 10:00-5:00 every weekend.

FEES:
The vendor space fee for the craft show is a flat rate fee of $50 which reserves a 10x10 space in the fest and covers you any dates you wish to attend.

If accepted, a Vendor Application will be emailed to you directly for completion. Spaces are reserved in the order that signed, completed applications are received with full payment.

Due to a high volume of questionnaires, please allow approximately 30 days for a response to your application.
We select our vendors on a year-to-year basis and cannot guarantee participation in consecutive festivals. Fruitville Grove reserves the right to refuse or cancel any applications at any time.
