This form is for registration purposes for the online writing course which will take place from March 12th to August 30th.

The program will contain the following:

1) Tuesday evening workshops from 6-8pm.

2) Mentorship meetings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2-6pm.

3) Optional small critique groups the last Wednesday of each month.

4) An opportunity to run a one-hour workshop of your own development.

All data collected from this form will be stored securely and used anonymously as part of the requirements for our funding. We appreciate you taking the time to fill this out.
