Happening Rectors must:
•
Be a Senior in High School during the 2021/2022 school year
•
Have worked at least 1 Happening Team
•
Be active in an Episcopal parish and Episcopal youth group
•
Be a confirmed Episcopalian (or in the process of being confirmed)
•
Be living as a Christian example to your peers. In other words, you not only talk the talk, but you walk it too
•
Complete the Happening Team Application
•
Complete the Rector application and return it by August 29
Letters of Recommendation from:
•
Your parish priest
•
Your youth leader
If a youth leader doesn't exist in your parish, a letter from your Sunday Morning Formation Teacher, a Vestry Member, or other church leader is acceptable.
Personal Faith Statement:
Reflect on your faith and how you live out that faith in the world and how you nurture your faith on a regular basis. The time and energy you put into your Faith Statement will impact the discernment process of the Happening Steering Committee when electing the next Rector.

You are responsible for making sure that the letters of recommendation and your personal faith statement are emailed to:
