Your completed sponsorship agreement grants PBDG the use of your logo on all print and electronic elements, per the benefits of your specific sponsorship level, in favorable placements of our choosing on those elements. Sponsors will be invoiced upon our receipt of this completed form, and all sponsorship benefits will begin when payment is received by PBDG.
