YKSD ESTEEM - Request for new service
ESTEEM Grant is a parent choice grant, giving parents choice in after school activities for their child(ren). If you have an additional class you'd like to see offered, are a temporary or are a service provider (contractor) wanting to teach a new class, please complete this request form. There is a process to approve new temporary employees and service providers; any new request does not guarantee approval. Classes are made possible by instructor availability. All classes will need paperwork required for the grant.

Service providers (contractors) are responsible for their own costs of materials, scheduling events, travel and flyers, or any other costs associated with the requested activity. Costs will be reimbursed once all grant documents are received.

Temporary employees fall under our classified scale and our office can assist with travel as well as supplies.

If you are a teacher or principal with a request, your site will need to follow all of YKSD travel policies. Field trips can be reimbursed once ALL of the grant documents are received.
