UNGA Activity Form
Thank you for your interest in planning an activity with the Community Church of New York. We value member suggestions and contributions and would love to support your desire to organize and bring our community together.

This form is for any member who is envisioning an action or assembly to align with the UN/Global Affairs program. (This requires no other approval from Council due to UNGA's long-term existence). Information collected by UNGA is intended to assign resources and responsibilities for the member who is hosting a group activity around his/her UNGA interests.

[Another version of this form also is used for members to propose events or projects to the Church Council. The Council sponsors all-church events like the Holiday Crafts Fair as well as projects that aren't connected to a long-term committee or program. For example, a Zoom Thanksgiving celebration, a book discussion group, pot-luck suppers, or the former Buddhist Explorers Group would be Council programs.]
