Cannaware created the take action workshop series, to offer legal services and local wrap-around resources to help people address their cannabis-related conviction records, which then allow them to explore the available opportunities that may be vital to remedy the consequences of their convictions.
 
If you have ever been arrested in New York State AND fingerprinted, you have a New York State rap sheet. Even if you did not serve time in jail or your case was dismissed, you will have a DCJS record if you were ever arrested and fingerprinted.
 
The first step in trying to clear your records is to get a copy of your RAP Sheet.
