High School juniors or seniors with good communication skills, are enthusiastic and eager to try their hand at farming, culinary arts, and entrepreneurship are encouraged to apply. No previous farming or gardening experience is needed. The ability to work with a group as well as taking responsibilities, and working independently are important. A serious interest in entrepreneurship, community service, healthy food and farming will make this experience most valuable to you. Must be willing to work hard and like to be outside. Must be able to lift 40lbs. Must be enthusiastic and have a good attitude!
