2024 Fotos by Jenni Senior Booking Form
This form must be completed in order to book your senior session with us.  This is considered your contract, so please print or save yourself a copy.  

Our sessions this year are: 

 ***$99 mini-  includes 30 minute session-RS or GR -5 high res digital file of your choice.
                        
***$229  -1 hour -10 digital files- anywhere within 30 minutes (arrowhead springs, Farson, white mtn)
-10% discount on printed product before June 1, 2024
   
***$479 -1 hour session-anywhere within an hour of the studio- 20 digital files-15% discount on prints through June 1, 2024
                                                                       
****$699 -1 hour session-anywhere within 4 hours of the studio-30 digitals-20%discount through June 1, 2024

 ****$1700 -2 one hour sessions- within 5 hours of studio- album designed by Jenni, presented in an album box with jumpdrive- ALL of your images-30% discount on printed products.

You understand that completing this form constitutes a contract between you and Fotos by Jenni.  My job is to ensure you receive professional portraits of your senior that are exposed correctly, composed artistically, and retouched appropriately within a timely manner.  Your job is to ensure that your session is paid for, that you and/or your senior are at your session location on time, and are prepared for portraits.  You understand that I maintain all copyrights on all photos and can use them for advertising and competition.   *
