Registration Punch Basketball Try-outs 2023
We will have 3 weeks of tryouts, 2 tryouts per week. To be considered for a competitive team you must attend at least 4 out of the 6 total tryouts. Attending all 6 is encouraged. If you cannot attend at least 4 tryouts and have a good reason please send us an email explaining your situation to info@punch-basketball.nl 

This form is just to get basic information for the tryout/selection process. You will have to fill in a membership form at a later date if you want to become a member.
