A fun, educational riding experience for adult riders. Camp is limited to 10 campers. Camp Fee $240. Stabling for the weekend $25. Bunk in at the farm (optional) $15 per night. FRF horse lease fee $50. Please register early - a $50 deposit will reserve your spot. The balance of your camp fee is due 4/12/24. Deposits are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled from the waiting list. Payment can be made by cash, check or Venmo (elizabeth-wallace-101). All precautions will be taken to insure the safety of camp participants. Approved ATSM helmets and heeled boots are required whenever riders are mounted on a horse or pony. Our insurance requires that you agree that you understand the following release of liability:

WARNING: Under Kentucky law, a farm animal activity sponsor, farm animal professional, or other person does not have the duty to eliminate all risks of injury of participation in farm animal activities. There are inherent risks of injury that you voluntarily accept if you participate in farm animal activities.Failure to comply with the requirements concerning warning signs and notices provided in this section shall prevent a farm animal activity sponsor or farm animal professional from invoking the provisions of KRS247.401 to 247.4029.Nothing in KRS 247.402 to 247.2049 shall create a duty for a farm animal activity sponsor, farm animal professional, or other person to give a warning to a participant engaged in a farm animal activity with his own farm animal, or to a participant whom the farm animal activity, farm animal professional or other person knows to possess reasonable knowledge of or experience with the inherent risk of farm animal activities, or who has represented to the farm animal activity sponsor, farm animal professional, or other person that he possesses reasonable knowledge or experience with the inherent risks of farm animal activities.I understand that riding/showing horses is a high risk sport and I am participating (or allowing my child to participate) at my (his/her) own risk. I hereby assume this risk and release and hold harmless Fox Run Farm, Elizabeth Wallace, volunteers, farm staff, judges and officials from all liability for negligence resulting in accidents, death, damage, injury or illness to myself, my horse(s) or to my property during the above show/clinic/camp. I also agree to the use of any pictures taken at camp to be published for the purposes of teaching/education and/or Fox Run Farm promotional purposes. Riders' last names will not be used in any published pictures.

Upon completion of this form, please venmo (elizabeth-wallace-101) or mail your camp fee (include stabling or lease fee and overnight fee ifapplicable) or a deposit to Fox Run Farm, 220 S. Tanyard Rd., Cadiz, KY 42211. A $50 deposit will hold your spot and the balance of the camp fee is due on the camp closing date. The camp fee is $240, stall fee is $25 (for the entire weekend), lease fee is $50 (includes stall fee) and overnight fee is $15 if applicable. We only have 10 spots for camp so register early! There is a list of items to bring to camp at www.foxrunfarm.net under Camps. You and another camper will be assigned one meal to provide during camp. We are excited you are coming to the Fox Run Farm Fall Riding Camp! *

I am submitting my entire camp fee (including stall/lease fee and overnight fee if needed) and understand that my registration will not be complete until the fee is received. Closing date is 10/7/22.
